Job Description
- Assemble compressor packages, ensuring all components are properly organized and installed
- Perform quality testing to verify functionality and performance standards
- Disassemble compressor packages after initial testing
- Sort and distribute components to departments such as paint and hydrotesting
- Retrieve parts from departments and reassemble compressor packages on the shop floor
- Conduct final assembly and assist with additional quality testing
- Disassemble units again to prepare for shipment to customer sites
- Maintain organization and accuracy throughout all assembly stages
- Participate in cross-training across multiple tasks and departments to support team operations
- Must be comfortable working at heights
- Experience operating overhead cranes and JLG/scissor lifts is a plus
- Work in a 100% drug-free workplace, including testing for THC
