Job Summary
Dearing Compressor is seeking a Service Administrator to work in its Energy Aftermarket Service Department. The Service Administrator is crucial to the support and success of the department. This position is located in Youngstown, OH.

Administrative Duties
  • Track open service job progress, complete project/job closure and work with a team to verify billing.
    • This includes summing labor hours and verifying correct material and expenses prepared and accounted for prior to job closure.
  • Create service cases, work orders and job tasks within the NetSuite system as needed.
  • Track all customer communication through NetSuite ERP system.
  • Take an active role in the financial success of the department by:
    • Ensuring job cost is complete and ready for the field service team to initiate job closure.
    • Maximizing efficiency and accuracy of job financial breakdowns so that customer approvals are expedited.
  • Timely and consistent communication with Energy Aftermarket Manager and Aftermarket Coordinators regarding daily status, trends, and key issues.
  • Assist with reviewing open cases and taking part during the project closure process.
Warehouse Duties
  • Source, track, receive and organize required material/parts for upcoming jobs/projects.
    • This could range from ordering to receiving and organizing components in a manner that promotes efficient job execution.
  • Monitor Job Schedule queue for all jobs, verify open cases have been created and are adequate for work to progress on time.
